OK, I have an obvious question, because I’m confused. Was Shepard mad at Kerwin for breaking the parking ticket record; or was Shepard mad because SHEPARD had originally held the parking ticket record, and now his blaze of glory was going down in flames?
Either way, it’s hilarious.
Good question…I am not quite sure myself. At any rate, HOW IS IT that Joe Kerwin was able to be a friggin’ ASTRONAUT DOCTOR and have no idea how to use parking meters? I think I’m in love. LOL
